Cancellation by you

I appreciate your consideration of my time and I will express the same consideration for yours. Where you have cancelled a consultation and given at least the minimum notice (24 hours), I will either provide a full refund of any monies that have been paid upfront or reschedule your appointment to a more suitable time and date.

I do understand things come up, and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation. Cancellation of consultations made with less than the minimum notice (24 hours), or failure to attend a scheduled consultation, will result in a charge of 30% of your consultation fee.

Cancellations by me

If I am unable to attend a consultation, I will notify you in writing. I will refund any monies paid upfront by you for the consultation or reschedule your appointment to a more suitable time and date. I am not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the cancellation.
